(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (a) for providing the manner in which the Fund shall be administered under sub-section (2) of section 4; and 1[(b) for prescribing the manner in which the amount of grant-in-aid under section 5 is to be deposited.]
