Identity mark on ballot papers.- The Commission may direct that before any ballot paper is delivered to an elector at the Polling Station, it shall be marked with such official mark as may be specified by the Commission in this behalf and also signed in full on its back by the Presiding Officer, The official mark shall be kept secret.
