Inspection of Rolls and connected papers. (1) Every person shall have the right to inspect the papers referred to in rule 30 on payment of such fee as may be specified by the Commission. (2) Attested copies of the Roll and other election papers will be supplied to such person, as may apply for the same, on payment of such fee as may be specified by the Commission from time to time.
