Notices, etc. to fix reasonable time. - Where any notice, bill order or req- uisition issued or made under this Act or any rule, regulation or bye-law made thereunder requires anything to be done for the doing of which no time is fixed in this Act or the rule, regulation or bye- law, the notice, bill, order or requisition shall specify a reasonable time for doing the same.
