Conditions of valid notice. - (1) A person giving the notice required by section 259 shall specify the purpose for which it is intended to use the building to which such notice relates; and a person giving the notice required by section 260 shall specify whether the purpose for which the building is being used is pro- posed or likely to be changed by the execution of the proposed work. (2) No notice shall be valid until the information required under sub-section (1) and any further information and plans which may be required by bye-laws made in this behalf have been furnished to the satisfaction of the Commissioner along with the notice. Section 262
