Power to supply water for non-domestic purposes.-(1) The Commis- sioner may supply water for any purpose other than a domestic purpose on such terms and conditions consistent with this Act and the bye-laws made thereunder as may be laid down in this behalf by the Corporation on receiving a written ap- plication specifying the purpose for which the supply is required and the quantity likely to be consumed. (2) The Commissioner may withdraw such supply at any time if it should appear necessary to do so in order to maintain a sufficient supply of water for domestic purposes. Section 187
