3Term of office of President and Vice- President :- The term of office of President of a Municipality shall be co- terminus with the term of the Municipality. (2) The term of office of Vice-President of the Municipality shall be such as the Municipality may fix under its bye-laws. (3) An outgoing President or the Vice-President shall, if otherwise qualified, be eli- gible for the re-election. Section 22
