Confirmation of bye-laws:- (1) No bye-law made under any section of this chapter shall come into force until it has been confirmed by the State Government and, published for such time and in such manner as the State Government may pre- scribe in this behalf. (2) The State government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye-laws and thereupon the bye-law shall cause to have effect. Section 202
