Inflammable materials:- The committee may, where it appears to it to be nec- essary for the prevention of danger to life or property, by public notice, prohibit all persons from stacking or collecting timber, wood, dry grass, straw or inflammable materials, or placing mats or thatched huts of lighting fires in any place or within any limits specified in the notice.
