(1) The toll under this Act shall be levied, paid and collected in such nanner, as may be prescribed. 33 (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), any toll, penalty or other dues recoverable under this Act, if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be realised as arrears of land revenue.
