Notwithstanding any judgement, decree or order of any court, Validation of all adjudications upon the claims for compensation in respect of acidents adjudications involving the death of, or bodily injury to, persons arising out of the by cortain use of motor vehicles or damages to any property of a third party So dents Claime Motor Acci arising or both by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals, Faridkot, Tibunalt acting or purporting to act as validly constituted Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals under section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, for the area comprising the district of Faridkot during the period from the 12th day of March, 1973, to the3rd day of June, 1976 (both days inclusive), shall be deemed to be valid and effective as if the said Claims Tribunals wete duly constituted and accordingly no such adjudication shall be called into question merely on the ground that the aforesaid Claims Tribunals wete not duly constituted under section 1 10 of the said Act.
