In this Act, unless there is any thing repugnant in the subject or context, (a) "Board" means the Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, Punjab, established and constituted under the Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1963; (6) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, Punjab, or the Chairman of the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Punjab and includes the President of the Punjab Medical Council or the President of the Punjab Nurses Registration Council; (c) "Council" means the Punjab Medical Council established under the Punjab Medical Registration Act, 1916, the Punjab Nurses Registration Council established under the Punjab Nurses Regis tration Act, 1932, or the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Punjab, established and constituted under the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 ; and Definitions.
