"Tribunal" means the Tribunal constituted under section 17 of this Act; "urban area" means the area comprised within the limits of a Municipality; and words and expressions used but not defined in this Act shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 or the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 or the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922.
