(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor; : Chairman (ii) the Principal Secretary to : Member Government of Punjab, Department of Finance; (iii) the Principal Secretary to : Member Government of Punjab, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training; (iv) the Director, Technical Education : Member and Industrial Training, Punjab; and (v) one member of the Board, to be : Member nominated by the Chairman. (2) The Finance Committee shall advise the Board on all financial matters.
