(1) The Punjab Sports University Ordinance, 2019 (Punjab Ordinance No. 3 of 2019), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance, as referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. In these Statutes, the words and expressions shall have the same meaning as defined in this Act. In case any doubt arises as to the interpretation of the Statutes, the Government shall be competent to issue the clarification which shall be final.
