(1) No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the 2[Lokpal or the Up-Lokpal, as the case may be,] or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in section 8 in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act. (2) Save as otherwise provided in section 21, no proceedings or decision of the 2[Lokpal or the Up-Lokpal, as the case may be,]shall be liable to be challenged reviewed, quashed or called in question, in any court.
