(1) No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against an officer or servant of the State Government for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act. (3) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or against any of its officers for any damage caused or likely to be caused, by any thing in good faitli done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act.
