Additional mode of publishing proclamation.- When a procla- mation relating to any land is issued by a Revenue Officer or Revenue Court, it shall, in addition to any other mode of application which may be prescribed by any ejectment for the time being in force, be made by beat of drum or other customary method, and by the posting of a copy thereof on a conspicuous place in or near the land to which in relates.
