Im rovements b landlords on tenancies of occu anc ten ants.— (1) without the previous permission of the Collector, a landlord occupancy. shall not make an improvement on the tenancy of a tenant having a right of a zation 1914 s to exist, the Collector may, on the THE PUNJAB TENANCY ACT, 1887 33 Sections:- 63 - 68 (b) in the case of a tenant to whom sub-section (3) applies, to such an amount as the tenant would be liable to pay if the land revenue were reassessed. (5) Sections 25 and 26 shall be construed as applying to an applica- tion under this section, and a suit shall not lie in any Court for any purpose for which an application might be made under this section.
