Place of sitting.—. (1) An Assistant Collector may exercise his powers under this Act at any place within the limits of the district in which he is employed. (2) Any other Revenue Officer or Revenue Court may only exer- cise his or its powers under this P.ci within the local limits of his or its jurisdiction.
