Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Land Preservation 6[6][* * *] Act, 1900. 7[7](2) It shall extend to the whole of the Province of 8[8][the Punjab] except the Tribal Areas9[9]. 10[10][(3)] It shall come into force at once.
