(1) Nothing in the Indian Registration Act, 1908, shall be deemed to require the registration of any document, plan or map prepared, made or sanctioned in connection with a scheme which has come into force under section 11. (2) All such documents, plans and maps shall, for the purpose of sections 48 and 49 of Indian Registration Act, 1908, be deemed to be registered in accordance with provisions of that Act.
