(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Vice-Chancellor; : Chairperson (ii) the Dean Academic Affairs; : Member The Academic Council. (EXTRA), DECEMBER 9, 2021 (AGHN 18, 1943 SAKA) 165 (iii) the Registrar; : Member (iv) two persons nominated by the Foundation out of : Members whom one shall be a Financial Expert; and (v) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer. : Member- Secretary (2) The members nominated by the Foundation shall hold office for a period of two years.
