The State Government or any officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf may call for records of any proceedings which are pending before, or have been disposed of by, the Board for purpose of satisfying itself or himself, as the case may be, as to the legality or propriety of such proceedings or of any order made therein and may pass such orders in relation thereto as the State Government or such officer may think fit: Provided that no order adversely affecting any person shall be made under this Appointment of Clerical and other staff by Board. Power of State Government to remove any person on staff of Board. Power of State Government or Authorised Officer to call for records, etc. section without giving such person a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
