(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice- Chancellor; :Chairman (ii) the Administrative Secretary to :Member Government of Punjab, Department of Finance; (iii) the Administrative Secretary to :Member Government of Punjab, Department of Higher Education; (iv) two members of the Board, to be :Members nominated by the Chairman; and (v) Registrar. :Member Secretary (2) The Finance Committee shall advise the Board on all financial matters.
