Policy implementation The policy will be applicable for 5 years from the date of notification and can be extended further by the State. The policy maybe amended and modified during the implementation; however, all such amendments and modifications shall be applied prospectively and shall not curtail any benefit or concession already granted under the policy. The reference to the State in the policy is reference to State Government and its relevant departments and agencies as maybe specified in the detailed schemes for the implementation of the policy. The definitions, standard operating procedures and other modalities for fiscal and non-fiscal incentives and other aspects of the policy may be given in the detailed schemes for the implementation of the Policy. 18 | P a g e Integrated Logistics & Logistics Park Policy 2023
