(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following persons, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor as Chairman; 1Omitted by Punjab Act No. 21 of 2005, Section 6 2Substituted by Punjab Act No. 14 of 2011, Section 3 Finance Committee. (ii) the Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department of Finance; (iii) the Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training; and (iv) two members of the Board of Governors to be nominated by the Chairman of the Board of Governors. (2) The Finance Committee shall advise the Board of Governors on all financial matters.
