- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Ice Price Control Act, 1968
- S. 2Section 2 empowers the District Magistrate to set maximum wholesale and retail prices for ice sellers.
- S. 3The District Magistrate can set maximum prices for ice sales and prohibit selling above these prices.
- S. 4Section 4 of the Punjab Ice Price Control Act, 1968 prohibits sellers from offering ice below the maximum price set by the government.
- S. 5Section 5 empowers the District Magistrate to inspect dealers' records and prescribe account-keeping methods for ice sales and purchases.
