The local authority to whom a copy of a notice has been sent under clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 42, shall within a period of sixty days from the receipt of the said copy, forward to Preparation, publication and transmission of notice as to housing or development or improvement schemes. Representation by the local authority. the Board any representation which the local authority may wish to make regarding the scheme.
