(1) The Board may appoint such officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (2) The recruitment and other conditions of service including remuneration of the officers and employees of the Board shall be regulated by the Board in accordance with the regulations to be made by the Board with prior approval of the State Government: Provided that the Punjab Civil Services Rules shall, as far as may be, apply in this behalf until such regulations are framed.
