(I) The Authority may, set up a Consultative Committee of Setting up of .' experts consisting of not more than seven members to aid und advise the Ciasultutive Authority for performing its functions. The members of the Consultative Tm Committee,-shall be nominated by the State Government from amongst such persons, as may be prescribed. (2) The members of the Consultative Committee shall be entitled to receive such travelling allowance and daily allowance, as may be prescribed. J).
