The Government shall have the right to cause an inspection to be made, by such person or persons, as it may direct, of the affairs and properties of the Corporation, its buildings, laboratories, libraries, equipment maintained by the dispensaries and hospitals, medical institutions and also cause an enquiry to be made into the matters connected with the Corporation. The Government shall in every case give notice to the Corporation of its intention to cause such an inspection or enquiry to be made and the Corporation shall be entitled to be represented there at.
