(1) the University, appointed by the Board of Management. He shall hold office subject to such terms and conditions, as may be specified by the Board of Management. (2) The Finance Officer shall be responsible for the preparation of annual financial estimates, the annual statement of accounts and balance sheets. and shall exercise general supervision over the funds of the University, and exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be assigned to him by the Board of Management or as may be prescribed. (3) The emoluments and other conditions of service of the Finance Officer shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Board of Management or by the statutes or ordinances. The Finance Officer, shall be a whole-time salaried officer of F inance Officer.
