In such manner ag the University may deem fit : Provided that no donation from foundation or any indiy be accepted by the Up State Government ; a foreign country, foreign idual in such country or foundation shall versity, save with the approval of the (1) to accept grants from any stitutions or any other recognized by the Gove Government ; authority, mment of India and the State (1) to borrow money with or without security for such purposes, as may be approved by the State Government, from the Central Government or any other State Government, Indian Council of Agricultural Research or any other incorporated bodies, subject to the provisions of this Act 2 (v) to maintain an employment bureau; and (w) to do all such acts and things, whether incidental to the powers aforesaid or not, as may be required in order to further the objects of the University.
