Any person who, (@) having in his possession, custody or control any property held for the purposes of the Guru Gobind Singh Medical College wrong: fully withholds such property from the State Government ; or (b) wrongfully obtains possession of, or retains, any property held for the purposes of the said College ; or (¢) wilfully withholds or fails to furnish to the State Government any books, documents or other papers relating to the said College ; or (d) fails to deliver to the State Government any assets, books or other documents in his possession, custody or control relating to the said College ; or (¢) wrongfully removes or destroys any property held for the purposes of the said College ; or (f) wrongfully uses any property held for the purposes of the said College; shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees, or with both.
