Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law of the State of Punjab for the time being in force, when anything in relation to the fire prevention and life safety measures is required to be done or approved under this Act, that thing shall not be deemed to have been lawfully done or approved by reason only of the fact that permission, approval or sanction required under such other law therefore has been obtained.
