(1) For the purposes of this Act, sites, premises, buildings and pandals may be classified as posing a low, medium or high risk of fire. The risk- classification shall be notified by the Government. (2) Buildings and pandals shall be compliant with all fire prevention and life safety measures that are applicable to such buildings and pandals.
