Illicit liquor produced by son when father present at search. - Where on a search the son produced key of the box in which a bottle containing illicit liquor was found, but at the time of the search the father was not present. Held, that before a presumption could be raised that this bottle was in the joint possession of both the son and the father it was incumbent upon the Crown to prove that both of them had either physical or constructive possession of the contraband liquor, or if the son had such possession that he had it on behalf of himself and to the knowledge of the father.
