Evidence interested and tainted. - When prosecution evidence is tainted as interested and thus is not sufficient to prove the prosecution case. In such a case the accused is entitled to acquittal. The investigating officer should join in raiding party independent persons from the neighborhood and not stoogees who are always at their beck and call and are willing to state anything they are desired by the prosecution.
