- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Electricity (Duty) Act, Short title and (2) It shall come into force at once
- S. 2Section 2 defines key terms used in the Punjab Electricity (Duty) Act, 2005.
- S. 3Section 3 imposes an electricity duty up to 25% on electricity supplied, to be collected by the Board and paid to the State Government.
