Delegation of powers by the Central Licence Approving Authority.- The Central Licence Approving Authority may, with the approval of the Central Government, by notification delegate his powers of signing licences and any other power under rules to persons under his control having same qualifications as prescribed for Controlling Authority under rule 50-A, for such areas and for such periods as may be specified.
