- S. 3Section 3 establishes a Board with specific members to manage the Punjab Development Fund Act, 2014.
- S. 4The Chairperson shall have the powers of general superintendence and control in the conduct of the affairs of the Board
- S. 5() The State Government shall constitute a Fund to be known as the Punjab Development Fund

- S. 8Section 8 authorizes the Board to make regulations and the State Government to create rules for the Act's implementation.
- S. 9(I) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this
- S. 10Section 10 allows the State Government to issue orders to resolve difficulties in implementing the Act, provided they are laid before the Legislative Assembly.
- S. 11Section 11 provides immunity from legal proceedings for actions taken in good faith under the Punjab Development Fund Act.
