(1) The Board may, from time to time, with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules framed thereunder, for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for. — (a) transacting the meetings of the Board; and (b) determining the conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Board and their functions and duties under section 11.
