Limitation.—Every appeal to the Tribunal under this Act shall be preferred within a period of sixty days from the date on which the order appealed against has been made: Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the expiry of the said period of sixty days, if the appellant satisfies the Tribunal that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the specified period.
