Within a period of thirty days from the date of classification of the territorial extent of an Area under sub-section (2) of section 3 of this Act, a Representative for each Area shall be nominated by the Government: Provided that no person shall be nominated as a Representativ:, if he is PUNJAB GOV1: GAZ. (EXTRA), APRlL 16, 2013 ~ (C~'TR26, 1935 SAKA) disqualified for being chosen as, and for being a member of a-Municipality under section 11 of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994 (Punjab Act 19 of 1994).
