(1) Th is Act may be called the Punjab Community Participation in Municipalities Act, 2013. Short title, application UI commenccme (2) It shall apply to all the Municipalities in the State of Punjab. (3) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
