(1) With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint in this behalf, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, the Punjab State Appellate Authority to be called the Punjab State Appellate Authority for Clinical Establishments. (2) The Punjab State Appellate Authority shall consist of the following, namely:- (i) Administrative Secretary, Department of : Chairperson Health and Family Welfare, Punjab; (ii) Director Health Services (Family Welfare), : Member Punjab; and (iii) one Law Officer to be nominated by the : Member State Government.
