Whosoever contravenes any provision of this Ordinance or any rule made thereunder resulting in deficiencies that do not pose any imminent Disobedience of direction, obstruction and refusal of information. Penalty for minor deficiencies. PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), MAY 14, 2020 (VYSK 24, 1942 SAKA) 25 danger to the health and safety of any patient and can be rectified within a reasonable time, shall be liable for such punishment, as may be prescribed alongwith monetary penalty which may extend upto ten thousand rupees for first contravention, upto fifty thousand rupees for second contravention and upto one lakh rupees for third contravention.
