(EXTRA.), NOV. 25,2010 143 (AGHN 4, 1932 SAKA) (o) “Statutes”, “Ordinances” and “Regulations” mean the Statues, Ordinances : and Regeatons of the University, made by it under this Act ; (p) “teacher” includes Professor, Reader, Associate Professor, _ Assistant Professor, Lecturer and any other person, imparting instruction on full time or ' part time basis in the University or in spite: ' any of its institutions; ©, (q) “Trust” means the Chitkara Educational Trust ; - (r) “University” means the Chitkara University, established under section 3 of this-Act ; (s) “Vice-Chancellor” means the Vice-Chancellor of the University ; and (t) “Nisitor” means the Visitor of the University.
