(1) There shall be an~lumni~s&iation for the University. (2) The subscription for membership of the Alumni hpociation shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. (3) No member of the Alumni Association shall be entitled to vote or stand for election unless he has been a member of the Association for at least one year prior to the date of election and is a degree holder of the University of at least five years standing: Provided that thecondition relating to thecompletion of one year's membership shall not apply in the case of the fmt election.
